Authority on Style
With years of experience, the backing of a passionate team, and a beautiful new spring/summer range on offer, owner and lead decorator of Freedom Sunshine Coast, Jen le Gassick is the person you want on your side when it comes to decorating or restyling your home.
There’s so much more to see in store at Freedom Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore. The dedicated team has an impressive 60 years of decorator experience between them, making Freedom the leading interiors destination on the Sunshine Coast. Jen le Gassick, with her unmatched experience in decorating and her passion for helping her customers, says that unlike other furniture stores that have a narrow offering, Freedom is a one-stop-shop for a whole house solution.
“We help take away the pressure of embarking on a decorating challenge. “
“We are offering incredibly good design, incredibly good quality, great service and great value. We offer inspiration and we are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer a wide range of styles,” says Jen.
You’re sure to find something that suits your taste at Freedom and there’s so much more to see in store than what’s in their catalogue or on their website.
“Every home you go into will reflect the individual and that’s important. We all want to feel really good when we go home and it needs to be something we can relate to. Our homes are our haven and the more our home reflects our individual style the more comfortable we will feel. We have the ability here, with this fabulous range of products, to achieve that for people,” she says proudly.
Jen loves nothing more than sitting down and working with a customer to tailor the experience to suit their home styling and to reflect their lifestyle.
The spring/summer range really does offer something for all tastes and
budgets, from the uber glamorous to casual outdoor dining.
Jen is particularly excited about the colour palettes for this season, ranging from vibrant colour with metallic accents through to understated earthy tones.
“People in this beautiful climate and particularly in this gorgeous geographical location really appreciate the outdoors. And I think if you do, then you are probably leaning towards reflecting that love of the outdoors, indoors. This season we’ve styled a lot of our offer to connect with nature, so from the beautiful Hinterland right down to the ocean, we’ve been using gorgeous colours indoors that are presented to us in nature. From the various tones of green in the hinterland to the amazing blues in our ocean. I think if you can build that bridge between the indoors and outdoors, that’s a lovely feel,” Jen explains.
Jen recommends that her customers start with a neutral base which can be taken in many directions adding accent layering in colour and texture with lamps, room dividers, decorator vessels, rugs and art. The team can also come to your home to help people make their selections in situ. They will style a whole room or a whole house, right down to hanging the curtains and art.
The Freedom Sunshine Coast team understands that decorating or restyling your home can be quite a daunting process, so their mission each day is to make it as stress-free as possible.
“We help take away the pressure of embarking on a decorating challenge. We can help people get through the difficult decisions with confidence and we’re not about telling people how their home should look but we certainly have the ability and the experience in the team here to guide people towards outcomes they can be truly proud of. Our aim is to create living spaces that our customers will love coming home to. The people who work in this store are here because they love helping people decorate.” she says.
