To enter the competition entrants must complete the online form. If entrants sign up as a customer of Locality Planning Energy PTY. LTD. (LPE) they will go into the draw twice. The offer presented is only available to residential customers whose supply address is within the Energex distribution network and within a Sunshine Coast postcode. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Existing LPE customers will be automatically added to the competition. LPE employees and their family members are not eligible for the competition. The competition will end on the 21stFebruary 2018 and a winner will be selected at random on the 25thFebruary 2018. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email and announced on LPE’s social media channels no later than 24 hours after the winner is contacted. The winner must then sign up their home electricity account with LPE who will give a 100% discount on the winner’s electricity bills for 12 months after this date. Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions. LPE retains the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where LPE reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions. The data collected throughout the competition will be handled in accordance to the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
