Healing through massage
Massage can be a powerful tool to help take charge of your health and wellbeing. Repeated clinical studies have shown that massages reduce stress, pain and muscle tension as well as supporting injury recovery.
While having the occasional massage can feel wonderful, having regular massages can do so much more.
This is because the work done in each session builds on itself, helping your body to maintain its relaxed state, which improves your overall health and wellbeing.
It’s important to note that before your massage starts, your therapist should always ask you about any symptoms, your medical history and what you’re hoping to get out of the massage. They should also explain the kind of massage and techniques they will use.
