I am an introvert by nature, I am a deep thinker, I wear my heart on my sleeve and I don’t like small talks and fake people. Growing up I struggled fitting in. For two reasons, my brain is wired in a genius creative way, When I look at words they are normally dancing on the paper and the other reason, I was not Indian enough to fit in the Indian society and I did no look, sound or act like the rest of western society. I ended up with a brain tattoo, I am not good enough and I do not fit in.

Almost 30 years of my life I lived with depression, anger, pain, hurt, all this negative emotions manifesting, me attracting toxic people and toxic relationships in my life. People who made me feel small, made me feel stupid and made me feel like I don’t belong. I attracted theses people because my mind needed to confirm my self talk / my reality.

See what I did not know at the time was what I focused on became my reality.

My waking moment was when I realised I am not doing a good job as a mother. I am unconsciously teaching my daughters my deepest, darkest limiting belief. Even though I was not actually teaching them this, they where learning from watching, listening and mirroring me.

Once I realised I was the only person that can change what was happening in myself, I had to take action. Awareness is an amazing state. Clarity is like a map, you know where you are going. There is no guessing games or doing the same thing everyday and expecting a different result.

I TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF.
I DO THIS THROUGH A PROCESS I CALL – SOLO TRAVEL TO SELF DISCOVERY

It starts with – How to have a honest, healthy and loving relationship with yourself.

Let’s face it the relationship you have with yourself is the longest relationship you will have with anyone in your life.

When I say how to have a good relationship with yourself, I am not talking about your relationship with your parents, your partner, your children, your friends, your boss/workers, etc.

These are all the relationships that are the after effect of the relationship you have with yourself.

The self discovery process I went through, taught me lessons, challenged me to the deepest core of my existence and broke me, I was un hypnotised from the noise of the society.

I learned the tools and insights on WHY this is so important, and WHY everyone of us needs help with this at some stage of our lives.

The way I see my life now is:

  • The most important relationship is with yourself – all others are mirrors of it.
  • As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that I desire from others.
  • If I am committed to myself and to living my truth, I will attract others with equal commitment.
  • My willingness to be intimate with my own deep feelings creates the space for intimacy with another.
  • As I learn to love myself, I receive the love I desire from others.

We can live our whole life as a victim of someone or something, it is always some one else’s fault how my life sucks. Or we can live our life as a gift it was meant to be, the joy we were to bring in others lives by serving them with the gift we are all born with.

The question is how do you find that gift?
We live in the world where the media, the society and the chaotic noise tells us we are not enough. All the advertising you see, buy this and you will be enough, do this and you will be enough, wear this you will be enough … left me feeling very confused.

All this gives us the illusion that who we are is not good enough so we need that nice car, we need that designer shoe, we need that Botox, we need that size 2 body, we need that fancy dress …. the list just goes on and on.

How many times have you felt amazing after you put on that expensive designer label dress, you feel like you belong, you look the part, you feel like you fit in, you feel you are enough, in fact more than enough, then you get one person give you that look of judgement and you are back to feeling like you are not enough, you don’t feel so amazing anymore even though you are still wearing this beautiful dress?

So What changed?
I am still to meet one person, who has done all this and said I am enough, there is alway something more they need to be enough.

I am here to tell you – YOU ARE ENOUGH

“And then there is the most dangerous risk of all — the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.”
