Chronic illness has become a global epidemic and seems to have become an accepted part of life or something that we have no control over.
It’s time to reclaim your health and life and learn the truth of what’s causing your symptoms.
There is a real root cause to your illness and a way to finally recover – a way out!
Having suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome in my late teens, I’ve spent the past 25 years searching for answers.
I have walked in your shoes and I’m here to share with you that there is a way for you to heal.
My research has led me to discover that the Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is the root cause of a huge number of symptoms and conditions and is the main reason that chronic illness exists.
There are over 60 varieties of EBV and the complex virus has existed for well over 100 years. While 90 to 95 per cent of the population have EBV, only 1 in 4 will develop Glandular Fever.
The virus can stay silent for years, flying under the radar and then triggering to cause chronic illnesses today. Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is the real cause of medical conditions including: thyroid disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, vertigo, tinnitus, lupus, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, eczema and psoriasis, chronic fatigue syndrome, Raynaud’s syndrome, Celiac disease, breast cancer, hypoglycaemia, Type 2 diabetes, cystic fibrosis, Hepatitis C, Cushing’s Syndrome, sarcoidosis, infertility, miscarriage and menopause symptoms.
The virus can also cause a vast array of symptoms including: memory loss, joint pain, insomnia, fatigue, unexplained hair loss, numbness, spasms, anxiety and depression, loss of libido, muscle cramps and weakness, abnormal menstrual cycles, migraines, blurred vision, heart palpitations, mood swings, night sweats, unexplained weight gain or loss, tightness in the chest, arrhythmia, high cholesterol and hypertension.
In Stage 1 of EBV, the virus is in the blood and typically laying dormant. For some, the virus remains in this stage, causing little or no discomfort. But for others, EBV quietly replicates while being undetected by your immune system in preparation for Stage II.
There are two parts to Stage II – the first is Glandular Fever (mononucleosis) or rheumatic fever. Glandular fever is the early active stage of EBV. However, some people often go undiagnosed during this phase, as glandular fever can feel like a regular cold or flu.
In Part 2 EBV selects an organ or multiple organs to make its long-term home. EBV ends up in the liver because it houses the virus’ favourite foods (toxins, poisons and unhealthy fats). It can nest anywhere from one month to decades, without you knowing it, before progressing to Stage III.
Blood tests will not find the EBV presently active in the bloodstream, however, it is still alive, living in your organs and causing new symptoms. From this point on each EBV cell releases neurotoxins and/or dermatoxins, depending on what it consumes in each body.
Neurotoxins inflame the Central Nervous System (brain, spinal cord) and nerves throughout the body and cause a wide variety of neurological symptoms. Dermatoxins inflame the skin causing skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
In Stage III, EBV has now made its home in the spleen, liver and/or other organs. If tested, results will indicate a past infection in the bloodstream, and it will go undetected. However, it’s actually alive and producing new symptoms.
It causes the liver to become sluggish, which lowers your stomach’s hydrochloric acid and causes your intestinal tract to become toxic. This leads to bloating and constipation. You then develop food sensitivities that were never a problem before.
The EBV can continue to lay dormant but will progress from Stage III to Stage IV in as little as one day if it is triggered. Some triggers include the release of stress-hormones caused by exhaustion; emotional trauma such as a breakup, death of a loved one, or a physical injury; or major hormonal change such as puberty, pregnancy or menopause. This is when the virus can leave its nest and make its home in another organ such as the thyroid.
In Stage IV, EBV neurotoxins flood the bloodstream, travel to the brain and inflame the central nervous system. This weakens the adrenal and digestive systems and creates the feeling that your battery is running low. This is the stage of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis that cause an abundance of symptoms and conditions.
If you have EBV, or suspect that you do, and are finding your symptoms frustrating, the good news is that you can recover, rebuild your immune system and gain control of your life.
The first step of the healing process is to know the cause of your suffering is the Epstein-Barr virus, and most importantly, to realize it’s not your fault. You are an incredible person and you deserve to heal!
Here are some universal truths that are important know and to assist you in your recovery mindset:
- Your body never attacks itself.
- You CAN heal.
- You CAN end the cycle of illness for you and your family.
- There are foods and toxins that FEED pathogens (EBV).
- There are foods that DESTROY pathogens and restore the body (fruit, vegetables, herbs and wild foods).
Remember to have compassion for yourself and keep a light heart!
